Technical governance of the delivery pipeline: an external vendor builds it, I control the flow and I set the rules the development vendors work to — branching strategy, pull-request approval, naming conventions for applications and Auth0 tenants, SLA guidelines for compliance and sign-off — backed by SAST in GitHub and ISTQB-based release gating. Naui stays mine in production.
Built Naui, an AI agent with RAG over a 50-document knowledge base and an MCP layer of 71 unique tools, unifying internal platforms into one conversational interface and serving ~200 messages a day across 24 conversations. Architected a unified billing portal in Python/FastAPI that consolidated 10,000+ records, and migrated business-critical services from C# to Python — one from ~10 minutes to under 1, sustaining 7,500 requests in 24 hours.
The consultancy I founded, grown out of Logibrandia: software, web services, branding and AI-agent work for businesses in Mexico. I set the delivery flow — Discovery, Proposal and Approval ahead of Build — and the published commitments: 2-4 weeks for a brand site, 15 days of changes at no cost after every delivery, 100% of the code and the domain in the client name. Two SaaS products of its own are mine to run: Simple Maya, a two-segment personal and business finance platform on React and Supabase, in rollout; and Sent, an enterprise device and inventory manager on Java and Spring Boot, in development.
Assessed technology requirements and planned development work on agile methodologies, led UI/UX design, and built applications with Spring Boot, Python and Node.js — several of them tools I proposed after spotting the problem myself.
Audited vendors against internal development policy and designed an ISTQB-based workflow for quality and code security. Implemented Katalon for test automation, reaching roughly 90% platform coverage, and brought in SAST scanning wired into Bitbucket — used in an ISO 27001 audit — then designed a DevSecOps cycle with Jenkins orchestrating SAST, Katalon and Jira.
